Sarah Rafferty
Sarah was bitten by the acting bug while still at pre-school. Her drama teacher spotted her cutting across his lawn in an effort not to be late for the field hockey game, he advised the girl to stay off practice and take part in the production of Richard III and thus began her fascination with acting. Sarah realized her love of acting and decided to double major in English and theatre in Hamilton College. She studied in the UK at Oxford as well as London throughout her junior years and was awarded the distinction of a magnacum-laude. Following Hamilton was over, she enrolled in Yale Drama School. She was encouraged to take classes about the arts by both her parents. Her mother, who is chairperson of the English Department of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT along with her father's painting. Her talent as well as the instruction acquired by her paid off. The actress has appeared on several TV programs, such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A trace CSI Miami Bones, feature films including Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. The actress has also been featured in numerous stage productions like Gemini as well as As You Like It. In addition to her acting roles on television Sarah has been a spokesperson for the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks on the matter. Sarah has been the host of their annual Sardi's celebration three years in a row, and she was also the host for the final Sardi's ceremony in March. Sarah is a resident of the West and East coasts of America, with her husband and two daughters, and works in Toronto.
